@rom I think plagiarism is covered in the ruling. The judge made clear that it’s fair use because Claude is designed to not just regurgitate exact phrases from the books, even though it probably could.

@kaa That’s still there. You have to click on a draft or previous newsletter, then there’s a “Preview” email button at the bottom.
